IntePros is looking to hire a Data Support Specialist for our global bio pharmaceutical client. This role provides essential data support services for all laboratory testing and customer relations across collection centers, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor calls and call logs to ensure proper handling and superior customer service. Investigate customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. Log and initiate Center Feedback Reports (CFR) and communicate CFR data to collection centers via phone, email, and hardcopy. Consolidate, prepare, and enter information into the National Donor Deferral Registry (NDDR) and assist with related inquiries. Complete and monitor department incident reports. Perform clerical duties including filing, archiving, storage, mailing, copying, answering phones, faxing, and preparing statistical data reports. Accurately enter, verify, and track computerized test data results in a timely manner. Separate and sort test results for entry into the donor management system. Generate and distribute daily reports to ensure units are not lost due to incomplete testing. Review and verify Sample Hold sheets and follow established protocols for holding and releasing samples. Collect, verify, and distribute confirmatory reports from the reference laboratory. Prepare samples for confirmatory and required pool testing. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Frequent interaction with both internal and external contacts to resolve issues. Requires ability to stand for prolonged periods and occasionally lift/carry up to 10 lbs. Work may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (2-8ºC and -32ºC) and bloodborne pathogens (with protective equipment provided). Overtime and extended hours may be required. Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a laboratory setting. Basic computer skills with the ability to enter data accurately into laboratory systems. Preferred Qualifications Prior laboratory experience. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Outlook. Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette, organization, and adaptability to changing tasks. Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in a close-knit environment. #LI-JS2
