"Lab Data Specialist".
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, verify, and track clinical lab test data into the electronic donor management system with high accuracy and speed. Monitor, log, and respond to center inquiries and complaints; escalate complex issues per protocol. Generate and distribute daily lab reports to prevent unit loss due to pending/incomplete test results. Create, route, and maintain Center Feedback Reports (CFRs) and Incident Reports; coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Maintain, archive, and retrieve sensitive records and documentation in compliance with lab standards and regulatory protocols. Support National Donor Deferral Registry (NDDR) data entry and respond to registry-related inquiries from collection centers. Prepare pooled and confirmatory test samples for further analysis or reference labs. Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards; work occasionally in cold storage areas and with biohazardous material using PPE.
