Were seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist to support our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will act as a point of contact to handle inquiries, resolve product or service issues, and provide a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
Resolve product or service issues with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate and complete customer records in the CRM system
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve escalated cases
Recommend solutions, product upgrades, or alternatives as needed
Support onboarding or training for new customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred
2+ years in a customer service or client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
