Bilingual Medical Receptionist / Front Office Assistant
Location: Plano & Irving, TX (Specialty Clinics)
Position Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Your skills will help streamline care and create a welcoming experience for patients undergoing specialized treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with empathy and efficiency
Verify and update patient information in Athena 1 EMR
Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries
Handle insurance verifications, prior authorizations, and billing inquiries
Answer multi-line phones and direct patient questions
Collect copayments and manage check-in/check-out processes
Maintain HIPAA compliance and manage sensitive medical records
Support front desk operations and documentation workflows
Qualifications
2+ years of medical front office or receptionist experience required
Athena 1 EMR experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Medical Assisting certification preferred but not required
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Professional demeanor and patient-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $19–$21/hour (based on experience)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
