We are looking for a Customer Collaboration Analyst interested in starting a career with a top-ranked and growing snack company, and to be part of our Customer Service team at PIM’s Park Ridge site in New Jersey.

Customer Collaboration Analyst is focused on supporting our Mexico markets, providing analytics and tools to support Sales Support, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience in SAP and a strong understanding of customer collaboration processes.

The incumbent will provide technical support through a Super User profile, assist with customer scorecards, and support departmental needs for EDI with SAP. You will become familiar with and take ownership of all technical aspects of SAP affecting the Order to Cash (OTC) processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective customer collaboration and alignment between sales, service, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide analytics and tools to support the Sales Support team, focusing on data-driven insights for decision-making.

Create and manage customer scorecards, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting on customer performance metrics.

Provide technical support as a Super User for the Sales Support team, assisting with system-related issues and troubleshooting.

Offer departmental support for EDI processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP.

Own all technical aspects of SAP affecting OTC (Order to Cash) processes, including identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiency gains.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction, especially for our Mexico and international markets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

Assist with the development and execution of customer collaboration strategies to optimize order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data in internal systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer collaboration, sales support, or related fields.

Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.

Experience with SAP, including EDI integration and OTC processes.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create and interpret customer scorecards and provide actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through capabilities.

Experience working with Mexico market

Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes and their integration with SAP.

Worksite:

The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey

The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on a rotating Friday schedule.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00.
