Ensure compliance with accreditation standards related to student affairs. Maintain updated processes around ACPE standards, and communicate changes to stakeholders annually. Advocate for students in college-wide matters through an open-door policy. Serve as liaison between OSA, Student Affairs, and other campus units. Drive enrollment and recruitment strategies; provide annual reports to the dean. Oversee admissions, recruitment, and enrollment processes. Gather student feedback on resources/support for academic progression and relay recommendations. Collaborate with the dean for academic affairs to hold regular meetings with student representatives. Organize and oversee co-curricular programs at the college, including advising students twice per semester. Coordinate with Student Health Services to ensure policy compliance. Work with assessment teams on student data. Participate in committees related to admission, retention, financial aid, and awards as an ex officio member. Update policies to align with current practices. Oversee the COP Career Fair and increase organizational participation. Supervise student organizations and PILs activities. Orient faculty on student affairs policies. Supervise the Office of Student Affairs annual report preparation. Participate in the colleges leadership team. Supervise and evaluate support staff activities. Lead weekly OSA meetings and conduct workshops. Coordinate the end-of-year retreat for OSA. Advise and oversee COP Student Council activities. Supervise events organized by the Office of Student Affairs. Skills and Experience:

PharmD strongly preferred; PhD or EdD in education, administration, or healthcare-related field considered. Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in health sciences higher education. Proven commitment to student success and relationship-building skills. Exceptional communication skills. Strong organizational skills and adaptability. Interpersonal skills and team effectiveness. Research, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Knowledge of FERPA, Title IX, and accreditation standards (e.g., ACPE). Salary Range:

Expected Pay Range: $135,000 to $140,000 About Us
