Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards related to student affairs Ensures College processes around current ACPE standards are current, implemented, updated and published to stakeholders each year Serve as an advocate for all students in college wide matters (open door policy) Serve as liaison between OSA and the Office of University Student Affairs and other schools and colleges on campus Drive and strategize enrollment and recruitment processes-provide reports to the dean annually and as appropriate Oversee admissions, recruitment and enrollment processes Oversee student feedback on needed resources/support for academic progression (financial aid, counseling, advising, professional program and registration). Provides recommendations to appropriate parties in College and Campus via the dean, regarding needed resources and support In collaboration with the dean for academic affairs, run periodic/monthly meetings with class officers. Organizes and provide oversight for co-curricular program at the College; (advisers meet with the student 2x a semester) Liaise with Student health services to ensure compliance with requirements and policies. Liaise with assessment on all student related data Liaise with admission, recruitment, and retention committee; progression committee; financial aid and awards committee. Attends meetings as an Ex Officio. Updates policies and processes to align with current practices and campus processes Provide oversight for the COP Career Fair Days and events. Lead efforts to increase Career fair participation by organizations Provide oversight for all COP sanctioned student organizations and PILs activities Orient faculty to College policies related to student affairs matters Supervise and ensure compliance with the Office of Student Affairs annual report for the Dean Participating as an active member of the College's administrative leadership team Supervising and evaluating the activities and performance of support staff for OSA Chair OSA weekly meeting and provide workshops as necessary Coordinate and participate in end-of-the-year retreat for OSA Serve as an advisor and provide oversight for the COP Student Council activities Supervise the activities and events organized by the office of student affairs.

Skills And Experience

Education: PharmD degree strongly preferred. May consider PhD or EdD in education, administration, or a health-care related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in higher education for health sciences, Demonstrated commitment to student success and experience in building strong relationships with students. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-solving, research, and analytical skills. Background in FERPA, Title IX, and accreditation standards (i.e. ACPE)

Compliance Salary Range Disclosure

Expected Pay Range: $135,000 to $140,000 Seniority level
