Senior Interior/FF&E Designer

Each project is approached as a distinctive reflection of the client’s story, realized through thoughtful, intentional design. The Senior Designer will be instrumental in bringing this vision to life, translating emotional narratives into refined, functional, and inspiring spaces. In this role, you will lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion, including both ground-up construction and comprehensive renovations. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing all aspects of project execution, from client engagement and design development to floor plans, construction documentation, and site coordination. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, trades, and on-site teams are essential to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding results. Ideal candidates will have 8–10+ years of interior design experience, with a proven track record of independently managing complex projects while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include sourcing materials and FF&E, overseeing construction administration and site supervision, designing custom furniture, preparing client presentations, and managing budgets. A keen eye for quality control and a professional, clear communication style are essential for success. You will also mentor and manage junior design staff, oversee procurement and installation logistics, and cultivate strong vendor relationships. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Enscape, Photoshop, Studio Designer, and the Adobe Suite is required. This is a hybrid position, offering the option to work from home two days per week.
