Japanese Bilingual Financial Director
with potential to grow to senior executive level. Exempt position Location: NC $130K -$200Kplus bonus ad visa sport and relocation support. Main Job Responsibilities 1. Financial and Accounting Management Supervision and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing (US GAAP and headquarters standards) Preparation and analysis of financial statements; reporting of budget vs. actual variances Cash flow management and formulation of funding plans Fixed asset and cost management; review and update of standard costs 2. Tax Compliance Management of U.S. federal and state tax filings and payments Collaboration with headquarters on international tax matters (e.g., transfer pricing, BEPS compliance) Evaluation and optimization of tax risks (Tax Planning) 3. Audit Support Coordination with external auditors; preparation and handling of audit materials Support for internal audits; corrective actions for audit findings and collaboration with internal audit teams Monthly reporting to headquarters finance department; review of consolidated reporting packages (using consolidation system DIVA, Self-Review, etc.) Ensuring alignment with global financial strategies (in coordination with group company policies from headquarters) Financial reporting and recommendations to the CFO and executive management at headquarters 5. Organization and Talent Management Overall management of the finance and accounting teams (20 members in the U.S. and in Mexico) Talent development through on-the-job training (OJT) and KPI design Planning and execution of recruitment, evaluation, and development strategies To apply, please email your resume to xjiang@pasona.com Seniority level
