A partner of Insight Global is looking for an Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. HR Business Partners collaborate with HR and Talent leadership to assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies to support organizational goals. HRBPs also provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role encompasses full-cycle recruitment, employee relations investigations, policy guidance, and compliance with employment laws, alongside maintaining accurate personnel data and HR systems. Additionally, the position drives operational improvements and facilitates accommodations, transfers, promotions, and onboarding processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Three or more years of professional work experience
-One or more years of experience in full-cycle HR work
-Experience with UKG
-2+ years of experience in talent development and succession planning
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational behavior, or a related field
-SHRM or HRCI certification
Compensation:
$90,000 to $105,000 per year annual salary.
