? Travel RN - Labor & Delivery (Night Shift)? Job Description Sky Ridge Medical Center is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift travel assignment. This role involves caring for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and high-risk antepartum cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide care through the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation * Support vaginal and cesarean deliveries * Coordinate care for postpartum and high-risk antepartum patients * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and compassionate care
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience * Certifications: BLS, NRP * Preferred: ACLS, ALS
Preferred Experience:
* Mom/Baby, Pediatrics, and/or NICU
? Unit Overview
* Beds:
* 19 patient rooms * 6 PACU rooms * 6 triage rooms * 3 L&D ORs
* Staffing Matrix (Night Shift):
* 1 Charge RN * 7-9 RNs * 1 CST
* Patient Ratios:
* 2:1 standard * 1:1 for complicated patients
* Equipment:
* FHR monitors (Novii and GE) * Fetal scalp electrodes (FSE)
* EMR Systems: CPN and Meditech
