Job Description
International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. seeks qualified individuals for the role of Chief, Educational Services Facilitators, supporting The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP). The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, their families, foreign military personnel stationed locally, reserve members and their families, severely wounded or ill military members, retirees, and others as authorized.
This role involves overseeing worldwide educational programs that support deployment and mission readiness by preparing service members and families for the demands of military life. The Functional Chief will collaborate with service leadership to develop tailored programs for various audiences, including single personnel, families, wartime and peacetime groups. Responsibilities include managing service productivity standards, ensuring quality and accountability in service delivery, and developing curriculum and program guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee educational services, coordinate with NAFI representatives and Contract Site Leads, and ensure quality assurance activities.
Implement instructions and regulations, analyze data, develop standardized curricula, and recommend program improvements.
Identify best practices, assist in curriculum development, and maintain educational quality.
Support regional program managers in marketing efforts.
Evaluate program effectiveness, recommend resource adjustments, and update policies as needed.
Collaborate with FFSP personnel to deliver comprehensive support services.
Ensure all services are properly documented and accounted for.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in adult education or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least two years of experience in training development, public speaking, and facilitation.
Ability to interpret evaluation data and develop effective educational programs.
Proficiency with presentation technology and training others in its use.
Strong communication skills for briefings and reports.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Work Experience
Minimum two years managing or supervising educational services programs.
Experience working with family programs, military or social service agencies, or military family members.
Excellent communication, assessment, data management, and advocacy skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
