The CISDE department provides campus-wide financial systems training, professional development, business process improvement, and safety training within the division of Finance and Operations. Position Summary:
The Director leads the CISDE department, overseeing business process improvement, training, professional development, and engagement functions. Responsible for project planning and execution, change management, and strategic guidance to foster employee development and organizational agility. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Masters with 2+ years supervisory experience and 7+ years relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with 4+ years supervisory experience and 7+ years relevant experience. Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 3+ years management experience, facilitation, business process reengineering, training, project management, and change management skills. Technologically savvy, innovative, customer-focused, and collaborative leadership skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:
Proficiency with LMS, data analysis tools, process mapping software, Lean Six Sigma certification, PROSCI or equivalent, adult learning principles, project management software, and design thinking methodology. Campus Security Authority Responsibilities:
