Job Description This position is still at the proposal stage and is awaiting award.

International SOS is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Remote Data and Reporting Analyst for the Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP). The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, their families, foreign military members, reservists, and other eligible personnel as designated by authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform database queries, compile and analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports related to FFSC service delivery and scheduling.

Compile inputs for reports required by CNIC Headquarters or Regional Managers.

Establish procedures for accurate data collection and entry into FFSMIS and other databases.

Support data collection, verification, and editing processes for FFSP operations.

Manage shared network drives at regional or installation levels.

Develop and maintain website systems, provide technical support, and troubleshoot FFSP software applications.

Train staff on software use and ensure classroom and equipment functionality.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative analysis, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum four years).

At least two years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management, including IT support and troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, capable of working independently.

Work Experience

Proven experience in data analysis support services.

Experience providing analytical insights and recommendations to leadership.

Knowledge of FFSMIS system is preferred but not required.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
