Job Description About the Team You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for creating assortment strategies based on analyzing sales and trends. Our work blends creativity, analytics, and marketing. About The Role In the Merchandise Coordinator role, you will work closely with a passionate and collaborative team. The Merchandise Coordinator will support and coordinate with the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer in specific merchandise categories across all sales channels. We aim for operational excellence while developing top-tier merchandising strategies each season. This role requires being onsite at our San Francisco office Monday through Thursday, with a remote option on Friday. Responsibilities Own sample management communicate and partner with photo and warehouse teams to track sample statuses. Use Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain SKUs. Enter and update all price/cost changes for relevant categories. Prepare reports as needed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities. Maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Criteria BA/BS degree required. Previous merchandising experience preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting timelines. Work autonomously with strong decision-making skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in work. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with pivot tables and advanced formulas like VLOOKUP is a plus. Ability to transport samples, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis.
