Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an attorney for its San Diego, CA office to join the Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, with 1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the California Bar is required. Our firm handles state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and Multi-District Litigation. We serve a diverse client base, from individuals and local companies to Fortune 500 corporations, including government agencies, manufacturing, and real estate firms, both domestic and international. We are often selected as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability cases, including asbestos and automotive litigation. While experience in toxic tort and environmental law is preferred, we are also open to talented litigators with excellent skills in other areas who are interested in expanding into this field. If you have substantive litigation experience and an interest in environmental law, we encourage you to apply. We offer competitive salaries, ranging from USD $135,000 to $180,000 annually, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
