The San Bernardino, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice. Responsibilities
Manage toxic tort and environmental litigation in all phases including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Represent clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. Work with a diverse client base ranging from individuals and partnerships to Fortune 500 companies; collaborate with National Counsel on mass tort and products liability matters. Maintain strong research and writing skills to support case strategy and advocacy. Qualifications
1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation in all phases, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the California Bar is required. Strong research and writing skills. Compensation & Benefits
