Commercial Real Estate Attorney

6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants DuPage County's largest law firm is seeking to hire a commercial real estate attorney with 2-5 years of broad commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, zoning/entitlements, construction, and loan documentation. The candidate must be articulate, personable, and a strong negotiator. The firm offers a congenial and collaborative work environment, and a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving transactional practice. Duties would include, but not be limited to: -Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and leases for all real estate asset classes -Handle all aspects of retail development projects for developers -Close commercial acquisitions and dispositions -Due diligence/title/survey review, negotiate and close financing transactions. Experience Level: 2-5 years Hours: Full-time Salary range: $115,000 – $140,000 , commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonuses.
