Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner Tailored Brands, Inc. is the largest specialty retailer of men's suits and the largest provider of tuxedo rental product in the U.S. and Canada. We operate retail stores in all 50 states and Canada. Our U.S. retail stores are operated under the brand names of Men's Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Men's Wearhouse and Tux, K&G Fashion, and Joseph Abboud. Our Canadian stores are operated under the brand name of Moores in ten provinces. Position Summary We currently have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner to provide full life-cycle recruiting services on an ongoing basis. The Talent Partner in this position will wear many hats as they coordinate the needs of hiring managers across the spectrum of fields, from marketing to merchandising, to Technology. Key Responsibilities Identify and source candidates to keep a healthy applicant pipeline Advise hiring managers on how to build job descriptions and social network profiles to attract top talent Understand the culture of Tailored Brands and project our customer service-oriented values in all correspondence Work closely with our internal team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow, as well as hiring managers to manage their staffing requirements Call, screen and qualify candidates and document those results Efficiently maneuver the hiring process to ensure timely closure on technical roles Maintain an understanding of the ecommerce / retail industry, including our competitors Report on recruiting goals and metrics, and be able to track talent pool data Be open and excited to work on other projects as well Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting required Familiarity with Oracle Taleo and Peoplesoft a plus Knowledge of job search platforms such as Linkedin, Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc. Flexibility in finding quality talent for variety of roles across all fields / disciplines Proven track record of hiring technical talent in IT and engineering roles Exceptional interviewing and organizational skills Ability to exercise sound judgment and intuitiveness, while being persuasive, positive, collaborative, and receptive to feedback Passion for finding exceptional people Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently within a collaborative, team environment Ability to learn and adapt to new recruiting tools / methods quickly Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment As work needs dictate, ability to work 40 hours per week from the Company's Houston, Texas corporate office with flexibility to work additional hours based on project needs Travel up to 15% (including overnight travel) will be required; therefore, must be flexible to travel with short notice Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds occasionally COVID-19 Vaccine Policy Tailored Brands requires all Corporate & Shared Services employees either (a) establish that they have been fully vaccinated; or (b) obtain an approved reasonable accommodation exempting them from this requirement due to a medical reason, or because of a sincerely held religious belief or practice, as a condition of employment.
