The ISG Middle Office Analyst is responsible for the trade support, account onboarding, portfolio rebalancing, and client service across Apollo Insurance Solutions Group’s (“ISG”) investment portfolios. Additional responsibilities include collateral management, alternative investment support, investment funding and wire processing, breaks resolution, and project management. The ISG Middle Office Analyst will also support ISG’s SOC-1 and SOX audit requests and monitor outsourced activities to ensure proper execution and data integrity within ISG’s systems and applications. Primary Responsibilities Monitor and assist in the resolution of trade issues and inquiries from clients, front office, and brokers Perform and enforce ISG’s SOC 1 and SOX control procedures Ensure collateral management processing is accurate, complete, and timely Monitor and review all investment activity to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations Review wires/funding activity Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency Assist with reconciliation discrepancies for positions and transactions Participate in client, asset, or portfolio onboarding Support portfolio rebalancing trades Participate in projects involving the Middle Office team Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems 2-5 years in investment management/asset management (including internships) Detail-oriented with sound judgment Experience in middle or back office operations is a plus Strong communication skills Familiarity with physical settlements, repurchase agreements, bank loans, CLOs, and primary market deal settlements Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, VBA, SQL, CTM, DTCC Alert, SWIFT Ability to work independently and in teams Quick learner with excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pay Range $85,000 - $110,000 Apollo is committed to equal opportunity employment and does not discriminate based on protected characteristics.
