This role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include supporting operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with cross-training in various store areas to support business needs. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Handle customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, and provide correct change Promote credit and loyalty programs Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization standards Provide and accept feedback constructively Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety awareness Perform other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For: You
Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule availability Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation Effective teamwork skills Retail experience preferred Benefits
