This role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include supporting operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with cross-training in various store areas to support business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Handle customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, and provide correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization standards
• Provide and accept feedback constructively
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
