This is a hands-on analyst role responsible for analysis and planning delivery of complex requirements by combining technical leadership, delivery coordination, and collaboration across Scrum teams in an Agile environment. The role involves middleware service development (preferably in Spring Boot) with knowledge of DevOps and containerization. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end delivery of containerized Spring Boot APIs on OpenShift. Collaborating with product owners, architects, and developers to define and refine requirements. Guiding teams in estimating, developing, testing, and delivering features/APIs in Agile. Ensuring defect resolution during testing phases. Overseeing CI/CD processes, testing, and release coordination. Managing Jira boards for progress tracking. Coordinating deployment and operational readiness. Documenting deployment and support information. Participating and coaching in CI/CD release events. Skills: Primary: SOAP/REST Web Services Secondary: Spring Boot Tertiary: Agile tools (Jira) Qualifications: 8+ years in application development, delivery, and project management. Experience with containerized solutions, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Agile frameworks, Jira management. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Desired: Experience with enterprise projects, Spring Boot API/microservices, OpenShift, and integration technologies like WebMethods, Kafka. This role is based in Newark, Delaware, with a contract position, paying between $43.56/hr and $53.56/hr. Work hours are 9am-5pm, requiring a Bachelor's degree. The position is open for 30 days.
