Manage and grow existing relationships by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities. Execute sales/support strategies in collaboration with other lines of business, including the Commercial Bank, Corporate Client Bank, JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services, FX, and Card Services to optimize product and service delivery. Serve as the primary contact for client relationships on behalf of Merchant Services and act as a principal point of contact for internal partners. Establish and maintain strong internal partnerships with JPMorgan Chase coverage teams through ongoing collaboration and communication. Implement and support ongoing client strategies and coordinate cross-sell opportunities with other parts of JPMorgan Payments and Treasury Services. Understand client needs through a strategic, consultative approach to develop payments optimization strategies and recommend suitable product solutions. Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and analyses on strategic client relationships, including financial and market analyses to support business expansion proposals. Participate in external industry conferences to enhance market visibility for JPMorgan within the target segment. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8+ years of experience in strategic relationship management and/or business development in the Payments industry Senior sales and account management experience Experience managing complex clients Proven ability to grow and expand relationships with Fortune 500 clients Comfort working with C-suite client stakeholders Strong collaboration skills across financial institutions and internal teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Technology-related experience Master's in Business Administration Expertise in financial institutions, fintech, billers, retail, and vertical payments industries Note:
