Senior Finance Manager

to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role reports to the Director of GTM Finance and partners closely with the leaders of Sales and Marketing , supporting all aspects of GTM Finance including forecasting , reporting and analysis of OpEx, Sales Commissions, Headcount and KPIs for these organizations to help these business units optimize performance and deliver on short and long-term growth objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Keyfinance partner toSales & Marketing, offeringanalysis,insights, data-driven recommendations. Manage thefinancial planning processes for these functions including budgeting,forecasting, andKPItracking. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting packages in coordination with accounting and corporate finance teams. Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and other functional finance teams to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and consistent financial practices. Provide materials andanalysisfor leadership reviews, business updates, andpresentations. Identify/mitigate financial risks while helping to surface opportunities for operational efficiency. Partner with the Sales and Sales Operations team during the annual planning process to ensure alignment between the sales quotas and the company’s financial goals. Perform Ad hoc reporting and analysis, as needed. Performance Metrics

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills: Minimum of7-10years of progressive experience infinance GTM finance experience within a software organization Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Adaptive Insights,Forma.ai, Salesforce, orTableauis a plus Experience operating inUSbasedmultinational or matrixed environment. Global experience is a plus Must reside in either Cupertino, CA or Walnut Creek, CA areas with ability to be present on site at least 3 days/weekly. BENEFITS

COMPENSATION: The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is currently $165,200 to $198,000plusabonus for Cupertino, CA residents, and $184,600 to $220,000 plusabonus for SF Bay Area residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review oftheeducation, experience, knowledge, skills,location,and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members.
