Manage a portfolio of 50-65 not-for-profit clients by providing tailored banking products and solutions based on their financial needs and circumstances. Grow the portfolio by prospecting for new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients. Manage credit opportunities within the portfolio up to $40 million. Utilize extensive referral networks and centers of influence to identify and pursue potential new clients, cultivating long-term relationships. Build relationships through calls to existing clients to understand their organizations and analyze growth opportunities, ensuring profitability of the portfolio. Follow sound risk management protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements to protect the firm. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 8 years' experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of the unique requirements, laws, regulations, and risk management for the not-for-profit client base; familiarity with the RFP process and due diligence. Ability to identify innovative solutions to serve clients and manage risk. Seasoned judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions, monitoring segment trends to anticipate client needs. Strong current business network; recognized as a leader in community organizations such as chambers of commerce and non-profit boards. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
