Software Engineer, Staff

As a Software Engineer, Staff, you will work within a Scaled Agile Scrum team comprised of business representatives and IT employees to complete software development based on functional specs. Your responsibilities will include the following: Reviewing functional specifications to ensure specifications meet needs for technical specification creation Estimating assigned tasks and work assignments and participate in estimation of emerging requirements Completing technical designs for existing and emerging requirements, as assigned Completing SAP software development Carrying out unit testing activities Preparing documentation to support software life-cycle requirements and milestone reviews Managing project task schedules on a Scaled Agile Scrum team Applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle Ensuring software standards are met Join Lockheed Martin's digital transformation journey as we accelerate the OneLM Mission-Driven Transformation through our 1LMX program. This role requires US Citizenship due to program access. Basic Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in SAP development with emphasis on Supply Chain/RTP functions Advanced program skills in SAP ABAP and experience in Fiori/SAPUI5 Experience with software design, development, processes, testing, script development, problem solving, debugging, execution and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies Experience with reviewing functional requirements Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile Development Methodologies and Project Management Tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc) Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level US Citizenship is required due to specific access Desired Skills: Experience with OData Services Experience with SAP workflows; flexible workflow a plus Experience with S/4 integration/implementations Experience with RAP Restful ABAP Programming / CAP Cloud Application Programming Experience with BTP Integration Suite-Cloud Integration Experience with BTP API Hub/API Management Experience with Solman/Focused Build/CHARM Experience with Gitlab/Github Willingness to operate in an interactive virtual team environment, establishing strong team relationships and delivering exceptional customer service Track record of being a self-starter, strong independent contributor and ability to manage priorities and requirements Clearance Level: None Other Important Information You Should Know: Expression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location.
