Backed by leading investors like Y Combinator and Leap Forward Ventures, we're building a next-generation home electrification company that's fast, intelligent, and customer-obsessed.What to expectAs a Heat Pump Sales Engineer, you'll guide homeowners to select the right heat pump systems tailored to their unique needs, prioritizing customer satisfaction over sales targets. You'll develop a strong foundation in heat pump technology, ductwork, and general construction, while consistently delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-home consultations. You'll also gain hands-on, practical experience by working closely with our installation teams on real-world projects. This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-centric service, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless, informed, and high-quality experience from start to finish.What you'll do?
