JRC's Systems Engineering & Integration Team as a

Program Analyst and become a key player in one of the nation's most critical defense initiatives—theFleet Ballistic Missile program. Youwill be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse supporting technical integration and testing efforts. If you're passionate about supporting mission-driven work and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Crafting and refining

project correspondence, memorandums, ordinance documents, presentations, and professional letters Coordinating

meetings: agendas, logistics, teleconferences, VTCs, and strategic communications Organizing and drafting

agendas for recurring SWS Ashore Planning Week/System Level Test meetings which requires coordination among several chairpersons and government stakeholders Capturing

key decisions and action items in meeting minutes and maintaining supporting documentation Promoting

project updates and initiatives with clear, error-free communication Preparing

briefing materials and editing white papers, project plans, and requirement documentation Managing

calendars, databases, and maintaining structure in a dynamic environment Learning

and applying SSP protocols for documentation and accreditation What You Bring A bachelor’s degree and 2+ yearsof professional experience in an office setting Active or recently held SECRET clearance(within the last 24 months) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude Willingness to travel up to 25% A degree in Systems, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Experience in technical writing and documentation development Confidence in developing and delivering presentations At JRC we offer...
