We have an immediate opening for a Senior Analyst, Common Missile Compartment (CMC) to provide fleet, end user, perspective during analysis of the CMC Design-Build-Sustainment (DBS) processes. We are looking for a proven team leader with Strategic Weapons System (SWS) technical and/or military experience with military programs and program analyst to provide Technical Program Management oversight, technical direction, and analytical expertise to improve a wide range of arrangement models.

What You'll Do

Drive

the delivery and update of Government Furnished Equipment/Information (GFE/GFI).

Serve

as a subject matter expert to coordinate between contractor and Navy organizations about Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS) and other SSBN related systems.

Interface

with other COLUMBIA and Dreadnought Class programs and activities (e.g., PMS397, SEA05, SEA08, Electric Boat) and their contractors.

Manage

system engineering efforts related to the design/delivery of the CMC Missile Tube Modules (MTM) and CMC Missile Control Center Module (MCCM).

Manage

system engineering efforts related to the design/delivery of SWS Support Subsystems (SWSS) for the COLUMBIA and Dreadnought Class SSBN.

Facilitate

timely decisions by cognizant team members in the review and adjudication of design products and written correspondence by the appropriate SSP technical stakeholders.

Draft and present

briefings for senior leadership

Review

documentation development using technical expertise to include Maintenance Procedures, Technical Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures

Evaluate

program planning documents and develop program plans, activities, and schedules to ensure successful program performance

Provide

information and advice to senior-level branch members and perform other duties as assigned by appropriate authority

What You Bring

10+ years of SWS/SSBN experience.

Demonstrated experience in Program Management

An active DoD security clearance at the SECRET level

Excellent communicator who is comfortable in front of large teams and senior Defense Department leaders

Proficient with Microsoft products. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)

Experience leading a technical team to accomplish time-critical objectives

Ability to work in high-pressure, high-visibility situations.

U.S. Navy Missile Technician or Electronics Technician experience highly desired

Experience with Navy Correspondence Manual and SECNAV Directives Management Manual.
