As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in the operating room by managing instruments, supplies, and equipment essential for surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the operating room by ensuring that all necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready for surgical procedures.- Assist surgeons during procedures by anticipating their needs and responding promptly.- Develop a foundational understanding of various surgical procedures to enhance support for the surgical team. Qualifications: - Must have graduated from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.- Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred.- Ability to work varied shifts, including potential on-call hours.- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
