The WSO Service Delivery Management team is the primary point of contact for our clients. We ensure that all of our clients' needs are met by leveraging our industry expertise and product knowledge. The Service Delivery Management team interacts with VPs, MDs, COOs, CFOs, and other industry leaders and experts daily. This role offers exposure across the Loans industry, from Private Credit to BSLs, providing opportunities to build relationships with senior decision-makers and gain industry knowledge. Skills related to Enterprise Data and Project Management are also developed. Responsibilities and Impact:

The Associate is an expert on all things WSO, bridging clients, internal departments, and third parties. They are relied upon daily by investment professionals and industry leaders. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day client inquiries, including workflow orchestration and timely resolution. Inquiry types include data reconciliation, validation, delivery, logistics, and mathematical support within client servicing contexts. Clients include Asset Managers, Banks, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, and Total Return Swap programs. Lead bi-weekly/monthly client calls; present KPIs and metrics. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and serve as the primary client contact internally. Prepare billing reports based on contractual schedules, including trend/profitability analysis for Senior Management and Finance. Process updates in WSO Admin based on client information (e.g., new borrowings, rollovers, pay downs) and investigate discrepancies. Review system-generated reports to monitor facilities and handle exceptions. Interact with clients to gather information and ensure accurate system reflections. Compensation/Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $45,790 to $55,000, depending on location, experience, skills, and certifications. The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits. For details, see

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in high-pressure client-facing roles. Project management or coordination experience in technology and business delivery. Experience with Asset Management or Data Technology support, Business Analysis, or Scrum roles. Critical thinking skills and willingness to challenge the status quo. Organization, multitasking, and positive attitude to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and self-motivation. Ability to build trusted relationships across levels and with external clients. Communication Skills:

Good presentation skills, both preparation and delivery. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate professionally with Product, Operations, Delivery, and technical teams. Comfort working across regions and independently. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WSO or Syndicated Loan Market is a plus. Experience liaising with senior stakeholders. Rest API Knowledge (Plus):

Understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP methods, status codes. Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and API testing frameworks. Experience integrating APIs with databases, caching, and third-party services. Right to Work:
