ERP Security Manager

The ERP and Automation Risk Consulting practice supports various consulting efforts by bringing in-depth ERP, automation, and data analytics skills. The practice conducts security and controls assessments, complex data analytics, GRC automation/implementation, integrated risk management strategies, security role design, security managed services, segregation of duties assessments, and ERP implementation risk reviews. We are seeking a manager with experience and interest in working across various ERP technologies, primarily SAP security and controls. The candidate should have experience with scoping, managing, and executing ERP security assessments, security role design, SAP GRC implementations, and operationalizing user access management controls and managed services. Skills should include experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, SAP S/4 HANA Cloud (Grow and Rise), with secondary skills in Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, or other cloud applications. Position Requirements : Deep technical knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and familiarity with other ERP and Cloud applications. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ERP security design, implementation, and GRC solutions, including SAP GRC automation for risk evaluation and user access management. Knowledge of SAP secure architecture and vulnerability assessment tools. Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations. Understanding of consulting engagement management fundamentals. Additional responsibilities include supporting SAP transformation projects, assisting in business development, communicating findings to clients, assessing ERP Segregation of Duties, and modeling RSM's core values. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location, with a range of $107,000 - $214,500. Selected candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
