The ERP and Automation Risk Consulting practice assists with various consulting and assessment efforts by bringing in-depth ERP, automation, and data analytics skills where needed. The practice performs security and controls designs/assessments, complex data analytics, GRC automation/implementation, integrated risk management strategy efforts, security role design, security managed services, segregation of duties assessments, as well as ERP implementation risk reviews. We are in search of a manager with experience and desire to work in a variety of ERP technologies, with a primary focus on SAP security and controls.
Responsibilities and qualifications reflect scoping, managing, and executing ERP security assessments, security role designs, ERP GRC implementations, and operationalizing user access management controls. SAP skills should include experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, SAP S/4 HANA Cloud (Grow and Rise); secondary skills in Oracle Fusion, Workday, Sales Force or other common cloud applications.
Responsibilities
Deep technical exposure in the SAP ecosystem of applications along with working knowledge of other ERP and Cloud applications.
Minimum of 7 years of experience designing, building, testing and implementing SAP ERP security and implementing GRC solutions, including SAP GRC to automate risk evaluation and user access management.
Familiarity with SAP secure architecture and vulnerability assessment tools/options.
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Thorough understanding of fundamentals of consulting/advisory engagement management (i.e. realization, utilization, leverage model staffing, status reporting, billing, etc.).
Support SAP transformation projects: process modeling, controls, governance, testing, and data migration.
Assist in business development by leveraging SAP and business process knowledge and helping to engineer a solution for our clients.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
Assist in ERP Segregation of Duties and Sensitive Access ruleset assessment.

Certifications (Preferred)
CISA, CISSP, CISM
SAP technical certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Access Control.

Additional Information RSM does not intend to hire entry-level candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future. Salary range: $107,000 - $214,500.
