The Opportunity
As a Sustainability - Capital Projects & Infrastructure Associate, you will engage in operations consulting to deliver impactful solutions. Your responsibilities include designing service delivery models, improving business processes, and supporting project management frameworks. You will contribute to client projects, develop your skills, and build meaningful client relationships.
This role offers a dynamic environment where embracing ambiguity and using challenges as growth opportunities are encouraged. You will support research, interpret data, and assist senior staff, gaining a comprehensive understanding of evolving business contexts.
Responsibilities
Supporting capital projects and infrastructure initiatives
Analyzing and improving business processes
Preparing and delivering project reports and metrics
Interpreting data to inform decisions
Designing service delivery models
Collaborating on project controls and governance
Supporting project management activities
Creating dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
Assessing project delivery effectiveness
Providing process improvement recommendations
Learning project management frameworks
Developing project tracking systems
Managing project risks and budgets
Learning from experienced professionals
Minimum Requirements
Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, Engineering Management, Industrial/Manufacturing, Nuclear, Environmental, Computer Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Risk Engineering & Management, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred Qualifications
GPA of 3.3 or higher
Proficiency in Business Process Improvement
Experience with Project Management Information Systems
Strong data analysis skills
Operational performance management experience
