Sustainability - Capital Projects & Infrastructure Associate - Summer / Fall 2026 | PwC As a Sustainability - Capital Projects & Infrastructure Associate, you will engage in operations consulting to drive impactful solutions for clients. You will design and implement service delivery models, business process improvement, and project management frameworks to optimize performance and enhance client satisfaction. You will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, build client connections, and develop your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

Supporting teams in the execution of capital projects and infrastructure initiatives Participating in the analysis and improvement of business processes to enhance operational performance Assisting in the preparation and delivery of project reports and performance metrics Engaging in data analysis and interpretation to identify patterns and inform decision‑making Contributing to the design and implementation of service delivery models for client projects Collaborating with project managers to maintain project controls and governance frameworks Applying business administration skills to support project management activities Utilizing data visualization software to create insightful dashboards and reports Conducting operational analysis to assess and improve project delivery effectiveness Engaging in business process consulting to provide recommendations for process improvements Learning and applying project management frameworks to support project execution Participating in the development of project management information systems for enhanced project tracking Supporting the management of project risks and developing contingency plans Assisting in the management of budgetary aspects of projects to align with financial goals Observing and learning from experienced professionals to develop personal skills and knowledge What You Must Have

Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Data Science & Analytics, Risk Engineering & Management, or Mechanical Engineering At least a 3.0 overall GPA Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements What Sets You Apart

Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA Proficiency in Business Process Improvement Experience with Project Management Information Systems Strong data analysis and interpretation skills Engagement in Operational Performance Management Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $53,500 - $104,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed range. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
