Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Job Type: Temporary (5+ months to cover maternity leave)

About the Role

Randstad is seeking a strategic and energetic Manager, Brand Marketing to lead the brand marketing strategy for our US Premium wholesale business. This is a critical role responsible for driving 60-70% of the total business within the brand. You will act as the lead marketer, translating corporate brand direction into flawless execution for our premium partners, including Nordstrom, Free People, and Revolve. This role is a temporary assignment for over five months to cover a maternity leave, with a preferred start date in early September. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in our San Francisco office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead large-scale, integrated 360-degree marketing programs that drive brand equity, traffic, and conversion at premium accounts.
  • Creative Direction: Write and frame creative and initiative briefs for partners, assessing creative work, copy, and imagery to ensure brand governance and elevated on-floor expression.
  • Project & Budget Management: Act as the project manager for all launches, owning budget management and timelines. You will manage a budget ranging from $15K to $150K for individual programs and a multi-million dollar annual marketing budget.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a core partner for the sales and merchandising teams in account-facing meetings. You must be comfortable and confident to play an active role in meetings.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Recap, review, and analyze all marketing programs and share key learnings with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience is required, with solid experience up to 12 years considered.
  • Background: Must be a Marketer by trade. Channel marketing experience is key and preferred . Retail or brand marketing experience is also valuable if coupled with channel experience.
  • Skills: Non-negotiable skills include a strong ability to project manage, manage budgets, work in a team-oriented fashion, and excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be ambitious, energetic, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A college education or a two-year vocational/design school education is required.

Preferred Companies: Candidates with experience at companies that have both retail and wholesale distribution are a great fit, such as Ralph Lauren, GAP, Calvin Klein, Athleta, or Urban Outfitters .
