Role Overview
As part of Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you will be managing construction activities from pre-construction through project closeout. Your responsibilities include overseeing contractor performance, ensuring contract compliance, leading project meetings, managing documentation, monitoring schedules and budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Location & Compensation
Location: Onsite at client sites in San Diego, CA
Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000 annually, with variation based on location, role, experience, and other factors.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of construction management experience
- Minimum 5 years managing public or agency-led construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE
- Experience with transit/rail, roadway, utility, or vertical construction
- Knowledge of prevailing wage, PLA, and local compliance requirements
- Spanish language skills are a plus
