The SAP HR ABAP Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality solutions within the SAP HR module. This role requires strong technical expertise in HR ABAP programming, familiarity with HR-specific Infotypes, and experience working with RICEF objects. The developer will collaborate with functional teams, provide innovative solutions, and support the full software development lifecycle, including production support and integration testing.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP HR ABAP programs with a focus on Workflows, Reports, Dialog Programming, Interfaces, Smart Forms, Scripts, Adobe Forms, WebDynpro, and Enhancement Framework.

Work with HR Infotypes and RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

Perform end-to-end development activities, including:

Building prototypes

Development and unit testing

Code reviews

Production support

UAT/System/Integration testing support

Deployment

Analyze and debug existing ABAP programs and processes to deliver optimized, innovative solutions.

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.

Provide expertise in payroll schema and configuration.

Apply best practices for performance tuning, code quality, and maintainability.

What You’ll Do :

• Work with HR Infotypes and RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

• Provide expertise in payroll schema and configuration.

• 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP with a focus on HR.

• Proficiency in HR ABAP programming and strong debugging skills.

• Experience with HR Infotypes and RICEF object development.

• Hands-on experience with SAP HR Workflows, Reports, Dialog Programming, Interfaces, Smart Forms, Scripts, Adobe Forms, WebDynpro, and Enhancement Framework.

• Experience with payroll schema and configuration.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

• SAP HR functional/configuration knowledge.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex SAP environments.
