Firm: Boutique Public Accounting and Business Management Firm

Are you looking for meaningful work with a high-quality client base—without sacrificing your life outside the office? A boutique CPA/BM firm is seeking Tax talent to join our close-knit and well-established team. Known for having some of the best hours and compensation in the market, we operate on a 55-hour max workweek in busy season and 40 outside.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns for a range of closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Work closely with partners and clients across industries including real estate, retail, and professional services.
• Assist in tax planning, research, and compliance for complex entities and multi-state filings.
• Build long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and strategic guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax preparation.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to grow within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike.
