Job Title: Corporate Accounting Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary plus bonus (DOE)

Company: Private Equity Firm: $20B in AUM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end/ quarterly closing for various entities
• Execute core accounting processes including revenue, AP/AR, and cash management
• Assist in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintain supporting schedules and workpapers
• Perform key account reconciliations
• Assist with financial planning deliverables including budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare journal entries
• Interface with external auditors and tax director
• Reconcile vendor payments and review 1099 forms
• Assist with investor relations and due diligence requests

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years accounting/financial reporting experience within a corporate setting including other alternative asset management firms
• Experience of NetSuite Financial reporting package
• Experience of consolidation a plus
