Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accounting policies aligned with U.S. GAAP
• Lead technical research and create accounting memos for complex transactions
• Monitor new GAAP guidance and manage implementation across teams
• Oversee reporting and disclosures for financial statements and SEC filings
• Coordinate audits and support impairment testing across asset groups
• Train team members and act as key liaison between departments

Qualifications :

• CPA preferred; bachelor’s in accounting or finance required
• 5–8 years’ experience, ideally in Big 4 and public company settings
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP for financial instruments and transactions
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
