We are seeking a proven global sales executiveto accelerate growth and strengthen our competitive positioning in international markets.As Vice President, Global Sales, you will join the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing a global B2B sales strategy, cultivating premier trade partnerships, and guiding a high-performing international sales organization.Key Accountabilities

  • Design and lead a comprehensive global sales strategyaligned with commercial objectives.
  • Drive growth across channels including tour operators, DMCs, consortia, and corporate partnerships.
  • Represent the brand at major industry events and trade shows worldwide.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a geographically dispersed world-class sales team.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and CRM toolsto optimize performance and achieve ambitious targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 12+ years’ progressive sales leadership in luxury hospitality or adventure travel.
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth across international markets.
  • Established network within the luxury travel tradeand the ability to unlock new opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated success managing and inspiring global teams.
