POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President – Sales (National) will lead and scale Cellution Biologics’ U.S. commercial presence, beginning with Bone Allografts as the immediate growth driver and strategically expanding into Orthobiologics as the business and sales organization mature. This executive will own national revenue performance, establish a high-performing sales force, build deep partnerships with hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, ambulatory surgical centers, and distributors, and serve as a senior commercial leader in the marketplace. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success in biologics, allografts, or regenerative medicine sales, with demonstrated experience in scaling teams, driving enterprise agreements, and shaping market adoption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own national revenue growth for Bone Allografts, with accountability for sales targets and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Orthobiologics market entry, aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth targets.
  • Identify, prioritize, and capture opportunities across hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, surgical centers, and distribution networks.
  • Market & Channel Development:
  • Establish and manage national/regional distributor networks with clear performance accountability.
  • Negotiate and secure enterprise agreements with GPOs and IDNs for formulary access and long-term growth.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and adapt pricing, contracting, and channel strategies.
  • Customer Engagement & Industry Leadership:
  • Serve as the senior commercial face of Cellution Biologics to key surgeons, executives, KOLs, and industry stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain executive relationships that result in multi-year adoption commitments.
  • Represent the company at major conferences, advisory boards, and industry forums to elevate visibility and thought leadership.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing national sales organization with strong regional leadership.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Implement structured sales enablement, coaching, and incentive programs to maximize team success.
  • Enterprise Alignment & Operational Excellence
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Product Management to drive integrated commercial execution.
  • Align with supply chain and operations to ensure seamless product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, analytics, and transparent reporting to executive leadership.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership in medical device, biologics, or regenerative medicine sales.
  • At least 5+ years leading national sales teams with measurable success.
  • Proven track record in placental, cellular, or allograft products strongly preferred.
  • Experience negotiating high-value contracts and building strategic partnerships at the enterprise level.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong forecasting and business analytics capabilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Remote (U.S.-based) with 50–60% national travel to client sites, industry events, and internal meetings.
  • Highly collaborative environment with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Travel by car and air for extended durations.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. of product samples or materials.
