Account Executive - AI-Powered CRE & Design Technology (Series A Startup)
A fast-growing, AI-driven real estate technology startup is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join its founding sales team. Backed by $15M in Series A funding and a growing team of 60 passionate builders , this company is transforming the commercial real estate and architectural planning space through intelligent design automation and data consolidation.
Their platform empowers landlords, asset managers, and design teams by unifying real estate data into a single, AI-ready ecosystem—generating actionable insights and automated space planning to accelerate decision-making across entire property portfolios.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to contract negotiation, focused on commercial landlords, brokers, architects, and workplace decision-makers.
- Sell into design-forward buyer groups: architects, workplace strategists, and CRE professionals looking to streamline planning and leasing.
- Conduct tailored, value-driven product demos, highlighting the ROI of AI-powered planning and data-driven portfolio insights.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers across the CRE and design ecosystem.
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure client feedback is heard and incorporated.
- Consistently meet and exceed quotas in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 5-10 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in PropTech, workplace software, architecture tools, or commercial real estate.
- Experience selling to architects, workplace strategists, or design decision-makers is strongly preferred.
- Startup experience is a must: minimum 2 years working in a fast-growing tech startup.
- You thrive in ambiguity, love building systems, and take a scrappy, resourceful approach to solving problems.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas with long or consultative sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across a diverse stakeholder landscape.
- Working knowledge of CRE and workplace planning challenges—especially as they relate to design speed, tenant experience, and leasing performance.
