Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering superior quality work. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from design to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, using project management tools such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Primavera.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Lead the build-out, fit-up, and fit-out processes, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design plans and specifications.
- Liaise with tenants and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Oversee tenant improvements, renovations, and interior works, ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Evaluate project outcomes, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Experience as an Project Manager at a GC
- Experience with tenant interiors—with a focus on high-end, creative office and commercial fit-outs
- Specialty in Tenant Interiors Core competency lies in designing and building high-end interior spaces—offices, lobbies, amenities, and more—within existing commercial buildings
- Commercial Focus Exclusively tackle commercial interior projects, ranging from corporate offices to healthcare spaces, higher education, legal services, retail/hospitality, lab facilities, and more
