Burstyn Law is a high-stakes, complex commercial litigation firm located in the heart of Brickell, Miami. We are hiring an Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial litigation experience, hold strong analytical, problem-solving and drafting skills, and be comfortable preparing for and managing complex commercial litigation disputes for high profile clients. The firm's cases are challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence, including pleadings, proposed orders, briefs, discovery requests and responses
• Prepare for, attend and/or conduct hearings, trials, mediation, and depositions
• Conduct complex legal research and factual investigations
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel

Education, Experience and Expectations:

• Admitted to practice in Florida
• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial litigation
• Strong academic credentials
• Work Monday to Friday in person
• Working well in a team environment
