Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Our client is a well-regarded boutique business and real estate law firm located in Boston, MA. The firm provides personalized, high-quality legal counsel to a diverse client base, including developers, investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and development agreements
Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and business issues
Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on multi-faceted commercial matters
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, solutions-oriented service

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing
5+ years of experience in transactional commercial real estate law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently
The annual salary for this position is between ($120,000 – $160,000) Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
