We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Real Estate Attorney to join our high-performing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate matters, with a focus on condominium agreements. As a Permanent Real Estate Attorney, your responsibilities will include

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of complex real estate agreements, including condominium agreements, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents.
• Providing legal advice to clients on all aspects of real estate law, including transactions, development, financing, leasing, and litigation.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on real estate matters.
• Representing clients in real estate disputes and litigation.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Qualifications
To be considered for the Permanent Real Estate Attorney role, you must have

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on condominium agreements.
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
