Join a dynamic stealth startup as a GTM (Go-To-Market) Recruiter, specializing in identifying and hiring top talent for sales, marketing, and customer success roles. You will partner closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and customer success positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and growth objectives.
• Source, engage, and assess top candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline focused on GTM functions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Analyze compensation data and market trends to support competitive offer strategies.
• Partner with employer branding and marketing teams to enhance talent attraction initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience (3+ years) recruiting for GTM roles at fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success talent markets.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms, ATS, and candidate engagement tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and strong follow-up.
• Genuine passion for building teams that drive business growth.
